About the Course
Our mission is to help women who have identified trauma in their lives and would like to work toward learning how to use mindfulness practices such as meditation, breath work,
dance, and music to cultivate emotional regulation.
We'll discuss helpful workbooks, routines, and daily self-care practices that are essential to the process.
You'll also receive a digital 7 day mindfulness journal to help maintain this regimen for one week. Then you may write in your own journal or re-use your digital journal.
Your Instructor
Zoya McCants, EdD, LMHC, LPC
Dr. Z is a certified trauma specialist and holistic provider. She is trained as a psychotherapist, yoga teacher and meditation trainer.
