Hey, I'm Sharlett!

I am a licensed social worker with over ten years of experience in the human service field as a case manager, and vocational counselor working with populations with severe mental disabilities in substance use treatment programs and the New York State shelter programs. I am passionate about working with teens and adults, and when I realized that every aspect of a person’s life can impact their life goals. That's when I decided to become a social worker! I believe in a strength-based approach to motivating and working in partnership with clients to assist them in achieving their goals by utilizing motivational interviewing and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with clients to foster self-confidence.

Hey, I'm Jo-Ana!

I’m a Bilingual Associate Counselor & Group Facilitator, and I have over 18 years of experience in the Social Services field. My experience includes working in children's mental health, foster care, preventive services, and more. I’ve worked as a supervisor in a daycare setting and supervised direct care workers in a group home for adults with intellectual disabilities. I currently work with families who struggle with substance abuse and/or mental health. I am passionate about helping those who are ready to improve their mental health, focus on their life and career goals, and be the change that they’ve been seeking. I guide others with a gentle hand but never afraid to tell the truth about how some choices may personally impact you and others around you.

Hey, I'm Patricia!

I recently interned with R2H and completed my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am passionate about bridging the gap between mental health care and marginalized communities. I enjoy working with small children and teens. My hope is to become a child and adolescent therapist. My prior career path as an academic counselor led me to advocate for people in marginalized communities, ultimately leading me to choose a path in counseling.

Hey, I'm Jackie!

Therapy is healthy, it is as normal as getting an annual physical. There may be times when we need therapy more than just once a year. Throughout our busy lives, we should make time to speak with someone regarding our emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. Are you facing issues that you need help to work through? Do you have a life goal that you would like to achieve? Is it difficult to adjust to lifestyle changes? I want to be the licensed professional to help you work through them. We will work together to help you achieve your goal.

I offer individual and couples/marriage counseling.
