About the Course
This workshop explores some of the challenges that people may encounter when trying to journal. Sometimes, we overthink the process and feel as if we must write the "perfect journal entry" or face roadblocks when trying to sort out our day. Anxiety, self-doubt, and not enough sprinkles of self-compassion are to blame. This workshops helps you navigate through that process and find your voice, even if you only write one paragraph a day!
