Service Description

An accountability session is your moment to check in on your commitments to YOU! Life can get hectic, our plates can get full, chores pile up...but what about the promises you made to yourself... not procrastinating this time, actually going to that yoga class you paid for, writing in your journal, using a new coping skill that you just learned... This session is SOLELY focused on keeping you on track. No need to be in therapy, just a need to check-in and make sure you're staying on target with any or all of your personal or professional goals.
